Low in moisture, high in protein, we guarantees our Hard White Wheat to be below 10% in moisture and higher than 12% protein. Ideal for long-term storage, our special triple cleaning process produces the highest quality Hard White Wheat available to consumers for long-term storage.

METHOD OF PACKAGING
Every product is packaged inside a mylar bag with an Oxygen Absorber and placed inside a 6 gallon food bucket with and airtight lid. All of this adds life and longevity. It significantly extends shelf life and freshness. Our Oxygen Absorbers completely eliminate residual oxygen in our canned products, keeping them fresh and preventing discoloration. These Oxygen Absorbers are used widely in the Food Service Industry to preserve foods like beef jerky, nuts, grains, flour, and just about any dried foods. |
